Who we are

What we collect

Only what you write in the form: what you need, where you are, your name, your email or phone number, and your message, if you leave one.

Like any website, to show you the pages and protect them, the server also handles technical connection data, such as your IP address.

Why

To reply to your request and, if you want, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request itself: steps taken at your request before a possible contract.

No newsletter, no advertising, nothing passed on to third parties.

Who helps us

The site is served by Cloudflare. The form reaches our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service with servers in the European Union.

Against spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile: it checks that a person is sending the form, with no tracking cookies.

To know how many people visit the site and how fast it is, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, with no cookies and without recognizing you from one visit to the next.

Cookies

No tracking cookies and no advertising cookies, ours or anyone else’s: that’s why there’s no banner.

The site only remembers, in the open tab, whether you’ve already seen the opening animation. It’s cleared when you close the tab.

How long

We keep requests for as long as it takes to reply and to follow any work that comes from them, then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, to object, or to receive a copy: just write to hello@arcord.studio.

If you think we aren’t handling it properly, you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
